Vincent, a high school student from Précy sur Oise, was on his way to meet some friends when I bumped into him. He told me I found the right guy for getting to know all hotspots in the Oise, as he likes to hang out here a lot. His favorite place in the Oise is the city center of Saint-Just-en-Chaussée.
